My first pregnancy ended with an emergency C-section after three days of intense labor. While I was overjoyed by the arrival of my baby, I faced the unexpected challenge of diastasis recti.
This condition, where the abdominal muscles separate, left me feeling disconnected from my body and uncertain about how to regain my pre-pregnancy form and confidence.
Determined to find a solution, I dove into research and education, ultimately becoming certified to help other moms navigate the same challenges I faced.
My subsequent pregnancies were VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), and through those experiences, I gained even more insight into the incredible resilience and adaptability of the female body.
